Volunteers are critical to the success of our exchange program. Without our wonderful Club Counselors, Youth Exchange Officers (YEOs), Country Officers, and administrative volunteers this program could not exist!

Complete the Volunteer Application today – you’ll need to fill out a form online, submit a background check, and plan on attending a few important trainings.
The Web Portal features information for current YEOs including Arrival Confirmations, Monthly Counselor Reports, Host Family Change Reports, Home Visit/Interview Reports and Follow-Up Visit Reports
The HUB houses important current YEO information including Student, Host and Volunteer Information, Student and Host Family photos, the Contact Directory, Applications and Reporting Documents, and Arrival and Departure Notifications.
